I used to have a cat that did that.

I would pretend to be straining to lift my hand, so then she'd use both feet. I pretend and strain some more, she'd lean forward to put all he body weight on her front paws trying to keep that hand down. Good times...

Other times she'd put both front paws on top of my hand and I'd just bounce her up & down slightly. She'd just sit there forever with her body and shoulders bouncing up and down while keeping here head still.

I think animals really like it when they "invent" a game and you figure out the rules. They can play for ages if you do that.
