Which would be considered "the product"? The juice or the device used to consume the juice? Doesn't seem to me that everything should all fall under the same blanket. Only one item actually contains a compound that's regulated or comes from tobacco.

we don't fit well in any of the existing categories....most "products" don't have several parts, some of which are impossible to regulate.
I'm seeing some talk on the CASAA facebook page ( https://www.facebook.com/groups/casaamembers/?hc_location=stream ) that a draft of the proposed deeming regulations are with the office that is responsible for review prior to publication- but no one yet knows that the proposed regs are yet

The dog ones, I understand. Dogs still have to go outside in the winter and the booties protect their feet from the ice and the salt. But they're both funny to watch when they are trying to walk on brand new one. (At least until the poor kitty falls off the end of the table -- that's not funny.)
