my personal faves are Watermelon, Cherry and Pineapple.
Although... I did just add Honeydew and Nectarine to the mix...
Got some exotics, too, like Mangosteen, Lychee and Neroli (all good) and leave us not forget the ever-lovable Cucumber !!
LOL one time I was sent this sample called "Clearwater". I had no idea what it was supposed to be, but Like I say, I'll try anything in a sample bottle. Well to me it tasted like fresh cucumbers with a light sprinkling of parmesan cheese.
Needless to say I was like 'WTF?
". But, I found to to be very clean and crisp, and a great palette cleanser. I kept going back til the sample was gone. Later I found out that clear water was supposed to be clear watermelon (as in colorless). But some reviewers also mentioned the cucmber thing. I think I was the only one that mentioned the parmesan LOL. Discerning palette?

Butting in to say that my favorites are Deej's fruit taffies. Black Cherry and Raspberry (alone or in combo), Apple, Pear, Apricot & Banana are my favs so far.
Don't love the taste of jicama but the crunch is great.
ETA: Ordering this week to take advantage of the sale. I'm planning to throw some cucumber in the cart to see what the fuss is all about.

I add jicama to different things just for texture. We had some diced into burritos last night.
I do like Deejs taffies.
