Not sure what to do with my Taffy juices. I'm in the mood for something new & different but none of them are steeped. I tried a little of the vanilla but it was in a weird carto and seemed like it needed to steep. Not sure if I should try one of the others or just be patient.
I got this odd brand tank that came with a weird carto. The guy selling the tanks raved about the carto inside and said he was trying to get more of them. I've never seen them on their own without the tank. It's got 2 large vertical slots one on each side. My usual method of priming a punched carto completely flooded it.
Not sure if it was the juice or the carto but the Tahitian Vanilla tasted kind of artificial and a little "plasticy". Oddly it was even making me a little dizzy, almost like nic-sick. So I just put it aside thinking ir just needed to steep. Not sure if I should try another.
What really bugs me though about all this, is knowing I got 6 more bottles of assorted flavors very well steeped sitting in a postal facility about 15 miles away.

Not sure what's up with the flavor Trav. I've had the tahitian vanilla taffy, and don't remember the flavors you describe. I tend to be far enough ahead in my ordering that it's usually a couple of weeks before i try the newest flavors i receive. Hope you get your PO steeped liquids today (fingers crossed)

I'm going to go with the carto as being the cause of the odd taste. That's not to say that there's something about the flavor itself that hits you differently, but I'd rather blame the carto.

All of the "flavored" taffies benefit from longer steeping. The regular Salt Water Taffy is the exception... it has no additional flavoring, so it tends to steep quickly.
Do try dripping over the weekend... I hope to get confirmation that the carto was causing the odd flavor.

I need to get another Lemon in my stash- I am missing that kick....My first Lemon was raspberry lemonade which I adooooored....Then I got Apocolyptic Strawberry Lemonade, which didn't rock my world quite as much- not lemony enough for me I think....so who has a good suggestion on what my next lemon-love should be? I think switching to the high VG has killed all my flavor or something.....I can't taste my guava at all
And Deej- pens! I was sooooo sad not to get one in my vape mail! They are my favorite writing tools...when ya gettin some more? 1lasttime is mad at me because I accidentally tossed the magnet...she has a collection going lol (oops)

High-VG juices take quite a bit longer to steep than low-VG, so bear that in mind. The 10-day recommendation is a minimum. Not sure about the guava, though... it might be one of those few that take a LOT longer to steep. You may also need a higher flavor-load on it.
Pens... I'm actually looking to change pen-styles, but haven't yet found a style that really speaks to me. So give me a bit more time. I have found 1 style that I really like, but I'll have to reserve them for high-dollar orders 'cause they're pretty expensive.
Magnets I got, though. No worries there (yet).
