Never tried Sam's mix but it sounds hot (literaly). It should be a lighter, sweet, bakery type cinnamon vs fiery hot, at least for what I'm going for. But of course feel free to experiment, ya may end up with a cure for cancer or something.
As for the toast, I'm with ya. It's sort of an effort to result ratio. A slice of cinnamon toast, while a nice and light tasty treat, isn't very substantial. Now if for the same effort I could end up with a nice thick porterhouse steak or roast turkey with stuffing, then we'd be talking.
If things work out, I'll take my finder's fee in juice please.

I heard a rumor about a Cheezcakez herd making it's way through the valley. At the speed they're moving, I'd expect to see them late tomorrow or perhaps Saturday morning.
