Well, I lost my router right after my last post today
After almost 2hours on the phone with Centurylink and switching cables and climbing under 2 desks on my hands and knees.
Go ahead Deej insert that comment in your head here ............................
I am told that they will send me a new one and I should get it the 1st week of Jan.
Long story~Short,
After a lot of discussion,I told them that this is unacceptable and I will charge them 150.00 a day, for everyday
that I lose business on my EBay store.
The guy then tells me that there is nothing he can do, it's the Holidays.
I asked him are all your repair techs/trucks off until after the Holidays? He says "well no".
I said " Ok, then I will give Centurylink until Comcast can come out and hook up my new phone and Internet service that I am going to order right now! Happy Holidays." Then I hung up.
Well guess what shows up at my door about an hour ago?
I'm Back up and running![]()
