I'm good. i have the entire day off today. YAY!!!

Yesterday was a long but good day. Ended with a local vape meet. I brought a selection of deej stuff for people to try, and some small bottles for people to take samples. Funny how the bottle of butterscotch disappeared completely from the table early on. Luckily i have butternillia to replace it.

How are you this fine morning?

I want to go to a vape meet sometime- any I have seen have been too far away for me (I'm in Indiana) and I can't imagine WHY the butterscotch would have vanished ;-)

Yay for a day off!

I am addicted to dripping. Occasionally I'll throw on a carto but thats it

Yeah I got so frustrated with tryin this, that, and the other...I finally just de-wicked and de-bridged my atty and haven't looked back. My only hurdle now is that I only have 1 atty I like, and I dot have a clue where I got it lol. I got a Joye one but its kind of like sucking a bowling ball through I straw, so I just can't love it.

There are usually only about 6 of us at the meets...there were a few more last night, so hopefully the group is growing.

It's both fun and disconcerting. Fun because 3 of the 6 people are into RBAs , and bring tools and torches and stuff. Rebuld attys right then and there. Disconcerting because there was a period of time that i knew something about the equipment- but that was back when VV and WV weren't accessible, and the main focus was cartos that didn't burn and finding a true 3.7V battery. I'm now hopelessly behind.

I'm still mostly a carto kind of gal. I've never really gotten the hang of dripping. Though i did just order a few more 306 atties for my mini reos. And i have a couple of vivi novas- but they mute the flavor for me. so, they're easy, but not my favorites. I like carto tanks and clear DCCs. Too lazy to learn to rebuild unless i have to,

I will forever and always be behind the crowd- I learned some and then fizzled out when I decided as long as it was a 501 that was cheap and functional, and an atty that was comfortable....I am good :) I am content to simply admire everyone else's collections and vast stores of knowledge from a distance. If it gets too complicated, it's no fun for me anymore lol

Woohoo! Just read my own signature and realized I recently hit 6 months! Pause for patting myself on the back

Rbas aren't to bad once you learn how to do the coil. My first dozen or so were garbage, didn't even fire. Watched a few videos and now I'm golden.

I know what you mean by out of the loop. There is so much I don't know. Started out on an 801 pen style. Started back on analogs for about a year and came back. I was completely lost haha

Congrats on your first 6 months Last!!! WooHoo!!!

Okiki, i started with an 808d. and moved to a Riva after about 8 months. I do like my mini reos, but (luckily) it turns out that i don't need all the bells and whistles associated with VV or VW, so I've had the luxury of not having to continue to upgrade over and over. Glad you came back :)

the fact that i track all my purchases in an excel spreadsheet (against projected smoking costs) helps me a bit with impulse buys....the thought that i *have* to add it to the spread sheet is enough to prevent all but the strongest impulse buys. It has no effect on deejstuff purchases though

Sounds like a really good idea. Might have to start doing that

The trick with coils is use a small precision screwdriver not quite the smallest one, wrap it around a few times and then squish them together hard to describe lol
