Hi Dolphins. Sorry to hear that you aren't feeling well today and sorry to hear about your husband's motorcycle accident. He's lucky to have survived.

One thing that I have noticed around here, is that drivers have no respect for motorcycles. They act like the rider isn't even there. I gave up motorcycles years ago and now I have my fun on an electric bicycle.

What flavor do most of you guys use? I ordered mostly 125 and most of the flavors are fine, but some just don't have any flavor at all. Want to order more soon, and would like some feedback on what is the most popular for people like me who don't have their taste buds back yet. Ordered some real strong from another vendor, and just couldn't vape it. Will have to mix it with something else eventually.

What voltage do you vape at. I think flavor fades as voltage increases. I like to vape at around 4.1-4.3. I'm going to 150% for some of the more subtle flavors for vaping at that level.

What types of flavors do you like?
Taffies - Peppermint and Black Cherry are the strongest, in my opinion. Apple and Pear are quite subtle.
Cheesecakes - I've tried the Mango (which has a lot of flavor) but mostly stick to Apricot/Raspberry which doesn't need to go to 150%
If you like sweet & fruity, try the Blumel Caraberry. It's strong as in "you will never use that atty/carto for another flavor. You might be able to reuse a tank if you wash it several times."
Coffee flavors are strong. Tiramisu is probably the mildest of the flavors with coffee in them but I wouldn't pump it up to 150%.

No comment tobacco flavors. I got a small bottle with my very first PV. I tossed it after a couple of years, unopened. The flavor of tobacco was not one of the reasons I smoked.

Very true about the voltage usage.
I vape @ 4.3-4.6 :)

Ok guys, I am not going to make it for a Valentine sale so......

Tell me about the Raspberry cheesecake.
Is it a strong flavor load? Should I do it at 150% too???
I order my Str. cheesecake at 150% and its perfect for me.
Any suggestions???

I would try the ARC but dont much care for apricots.

I am finding that I really like Raspberry type juices.

Good evening everybody.

Dolphins: Hope you start to feel better.
You husband sounds like a lucky and strong man. Not only did he survive and defy what the doctors told him but he is also lucky to have a supportive wife. Who despite her own problems, helps him with what he needs.

Boni: I use 125 flavor load at 50pg/50vg. I haven't tried other flavor loads but I think that some of the fruity flavors and lighter flavors I could go up to 150. Some of the minty flavors I could go down to 100. I think it depends on what flavor and pg/vg ratio you are using. Maybe answering a few questions might help to narrow it down.
What flavors are the ones that you can't quite taste?
What flavors do you find okay at 125?
What pg/vg ratio are you using?
As Poeia asked. If you know. What voltage and ohms are you vaping at?

How about a small review. :)

deejBlend 05:
Pretty darn good... for a tobacco. I do enjoy a tobacco vape every now and then. This one is pretty close to how I remember Marlboros. Not when I was smoking them all the time but when quit for a few months because I had to a few years ago. When I started smoking again and I could actually taste the analogs. It has that dry virginia tobacco flavor. Slightly roasted and dry. Punchy domestic tobacco flavored and dry. Did I mention dry? Okay, so it isn't that bad but what do you expect from a dried roasted plant called tobacco. It is a nice change up from my usual fruity flavors. I would expect tobacco lovers would like it. As for me I will use it when I crave that tobacco flavor but stick with my other flavors for everyday.

okay...

so...

the new label stock arrived, and I've been tweaking things.

First, yes, they are MUCH easier to read.

Now... I have a choice to make, and I'm looking for input.

In order for these to work, I either have to reduce the point-size on the Flavor Name to 9pt, OR change the names of Bittersweet Tears of the Apocalypse and Caramel Cappuccino Cheesecake to Bitter Tears of the Apocalypse and CaraCapp Cheesecake (or something like that).

This is required because of 2 things:

(1) The flavor strength setting. If you go over 100% on either of those 2 flavors, the name won't fit on 1 line if the name is set to 10pt. I'm leaning toward changing the names, but can easily be swayed if anybody has a real objection.

(2) These labels are narrower than the other ones. Before you ask, I tried really hard to find wider labels at the same height. No joy. Even so, I always had to manually adjust the size on Bittersweet Tears... usually after wasting a bunch of labels because I forgot.

(how many vendors do you know of that ask stuff like this of their customers?)

Thus, this is another reason of many that you have Awesome Customer Service!!!
Hi Deej...
I think IMO that you should change the names. :D

I agree with Dolphins. You really seem to bend over backward for us and make sure that we are happy. And I thank you for it.

I also think that you should just change the names. Since there aren't that many it would be easier for you and easier for those people with bad eyesight. Plus CaraCapp Cheesecake has a certain ring to it. Not to mention the slightly eviler sounding Bitter Tears of the Apocalypse. :)

I actually can't taste much except for the caramel and butterscotch flavors. They don't taste bad, just no flavor there. I am using 50/50 pg/vg, low res and apx 4.0 to 4.4. I just looked and I ordered all flavors at 125, fruits few from every catagory. I have the same problem with all vendors I have tried, but the other vendors have either an acceptable flavor or a bad, perfumy taste. Even if I can't taste DeeJ's flavors, they don't taste bad.

I vote for changing the names. My only problem is that I've read CaraCapp Cheesecake as CaraCrap twice now. I know Capp is the standard abbreviation for Cappuccino, but I don't love it.

Dang it. Now that is all I can read it as.

Maybe CappAmel Cheesecake would be less often misread.
