Hi Jerry! I knew it was going to happen. Mostly it's people that don't quite seem to get that despite the fact I'm out of the hospital I'm not 100%. Although a couple of them canceled because, "I was told you guys were fast" and I'm anything but right now.

A small request:

When you refer somebody to me, please let them know that although my shipping is usually very quick there is currently a delay.

Three more orders canceled today.

There was a thread earlier this week about how long one of the custom juice vendors is taking over a week without contacting people. (Turns out they're moving.)

Then it evolved (devolved?) into how unprofessional the people in this business are. No customer service, no contact info, etc. So I said:
Then you're shopping from the wrong suppliers. I've been vaping for over 3 years and have consistently found the customer service from the vendors I use to be excellent. If there's a delay, they inform me. If I have a question, they reply promptly. Other than my CHUCKS (custom built mods), hardware was in the mail in 24-48 hours for every order I can remember.

Custom e-liquid, of course, takes a little longer but I've never waited a whole week for something to ship. My favorite juice supplier (Deejstuff) usually ships in a day or two but he just got out of the hospital. As he is the only mixologist, there are delays so he's giving anyone who has to wait longer than 4 days for their items to ship 15% coupons. [Another vendor from whom I still order one flavor] posts their current turn-around on their front page so you know when you order what the wait will be.

One person asked where I shop so I PMed her with links to Deej's and some good hardware sources.

Then the thread devolved into a fight about grammar and other mud slinging

until Classy had to lock the thread.
(Interestingly, on the whole, it seemed like the people who joined in 2013 were the most dissatisfied while those of us who have been around longer had more reasonable expectations.)


And now let us mourn the fact that I felt the need to explain what a CHUCK is.
