If you forget the coffee, there's a CVs near the hotel that might have something reasonable. In my experience reasonable coffee gets better if you make it really strong
so you'll still be up, and driving to phoenix at some unreasonable hour? yikes! hopefully you'll catnap on the plane
I'm actually going to try and grab a "nap" Thursday night (note to self: program all computers to make a racket at the appropriate time).
Not sure about sleeping on the plane... that's always been hit-or-miss with me. Just to be prepared, I've got about 50 hours worth of movies d-l'd to my phone.
A few hours worth of music to help me doze, too...
I always bring a couple of paperbacks, and load about 6 more books on my iPad. and that's for short flights 
we might be getting there about the same time, since my flight lands about 1:30

Longest I can read while in a moving vehicle is 10 minutes before massive headache...
I'm now officially all excited and energetic. (might be the coffee kicking in , i dunno) gonna go use my energy for good and do a couple small things around the house. Later y'all
