BT may not be that much concerned with PVs, APVs, and mods YET. We are for now a niche market. Their primary target for now would be cig-alikes such as Blu sold in drug and convenience stores. That is where the money is. And the easiest to regulate.

How about vendors/labs that are certified/accredited by AEMSA to ensure quality control of the ejuice they mix? The only thing the FDA can do is to require ejuice mixers to meet certain minimum requirements and then the government can tax away all they want.

Wizard labs is at least registered with the FDA.
