Just received two revision 3 today in black along with both 18650 and 18350 tubes. My other main devices are a Provari in 18650 & a Mini in 18350. I wanted to test VW & also have a less valuable device for out and about.

First impressions: They are light. The black has the typical aesthetics of a lot of tube style pvs. Nothing striking but not bad looking by any means. Coating seems durable. The threads are reported to be rough but mine came pre-Noloaxed & they don't seem all that bad to me.

The 510 connection seems well made. Native eGo threading is nice to see though I don't use anything that utilizes it. The tapered cap goes well with slimmer delivery systems though isn't as nice with AGA-T sized ones (the device actually looks wider but that taper issue again). The taper piece unscrews though so one could be made straight sided.

The menu is a bit clunkier than the Provari's as far as one button systems go. 5 clicks, Anyvape logo appears followed by settings, which takes another click to enter. After that it's usual business (click to continue, wait for selection, change setting). I do like being able to choose between Voltage/Power, Resistance & Battery Voltage though this seems to reset when the battery is removed (p/v settings stay).

Testing one with an AGR carto-tank @ 8.5w (Boge @ 3ohm double hole) & the other with an AGA-T v1 @ 10.5w (#400 solid 1.4ohm). Both filled with unflavored 20mg 60vg/40pg.

With these AGR the lower frequency of the chip I very noticeable, quickly firing on & off (I previously had no experience with the 'rattlesnake effect'). This however hasn't seemed to cause any effect on the vape it self. The effect isn't as prominent on the AGA-T assuming because it doesn't operate as loudly.

The vape experience to me seems identical between the two devices using the two delivery systems set to same/similar settings.

Loaded up the CVIs are much lighter though a smidgen longer (about a cm I'd say). They feel durable enough though the Provari is still much sturdier feeling & capable of taking more punishment without a doubt.

Have tried AW 350s & 650s along with Panasonic CGR18650CHs with no issue (the pannys are a touch longer).

I'd like an 18490/500 tube or telescopic capability but if I'm not mistaken the head & cap are the same threading as joyetech products (meaning evic tubes and the likes).

I would definitely recommend this product in its current / future revisions. No issue with the screen and it's operating as it should. As long as it lasts it's a great device.
