Pretty sad , I figure in another generation, they will be so dumbed down that it will become necessary to implant a neural web into their little atrophied brains connected to an AI computer, so they can function in this scary and dangerous world. Or is this just the result from adjusting the bell curve so no child gets left behind..SMH.
