Look up at the night sky, realize you are looking down into the infinite cosmic abyss, with only gravity stopping you from plunging into it.
Gravity? :?:
I just always figured them in the abyss just didn't want us

Right after Fukushima the whole Nuclear industry started what was called the Fukushima mods. o_O
They first took into account where a plant was located, and what natural disasters does that region get hit with.
Every plant can take a hit from a natural disaster but as Fukushima proved, not from 2 or more natural disasters at the same time :?:
So they not only fixed that, but went as far as to account for not only getting hit by 2 or more natural disasters at the same time but thought wonder if while we are getting hit by these natural disasters if Man Attacks
So they went as far as all natural disasters and a terrorist attack at the same time protection.
aka The Fukushima mods

Closing door after... the nuke industry has shot themselves in the head over and over again.

You don't hear this crap from France.

Why?

Because they did it right the first time, including putting a cadre of pros in place, with esprit de corp, and the whole Nine yards. It's not just a job over there. It's a calling.

They are in it for the long term without the short cuts.

But even there, the poll numbers are running against, so if the French can't get behind it anymore.. C'est La Vie.

Until we can figure out a way to deal with the waste until there are no more half lives left, we are irresponsible using said tech. Fukushima, Chernobyl, et all, are glaring examples of man kinds foolish shortsightedness. How many plants in the US will melt down in the event of an EMP, whether man made or solar...the sun could very well destroy the grid just as easily as an EMP.
