I haven't been "grabbed" by a piece of music like this piece has in a long time, I don't really know what it is about this work, maybe the juxtaposition of the natural with the electronic amplification... But something about this piece just moves me...

No evidence but circumstantial, and relatively deep experience with these kinds of things, but I am convinced that Neil Young, a gifted acoustic singer/songwriter, records his best electric guitar solos only when exceptionally drunk.
The kind of drunk that brings you new insight, perhaps even a vision. The kind of drunk that finds you alone in the wee hours, lying on the floor of your recording studio playing your guitar, because...well because that way you can't fall down and break .....

"enlightenment" - that's the word I couldn't think of in the middle there.
The word at the end, came quite naturally, but got redacted.
