I tend to rate my mood more observationally I count how many people are ignoring me, seething at me, or like sending me dirty looks.

MY MOOD is 100! Usually! I am a very happy person!

I kid I kid....

Actually not about the mood rating the numbers. I am not prepared to give out my highest count cuz I don't think it COUNTS because I was on the psych unit the first time.

I will say, once you get there that FIRST time EVERYONE hates you dood. Like your OWN FAMILY wants you dead but the hospital tells them the mentally ill are people too and most people get CAUGHT even with the mentally ill. LOL. My pdoc actually said that. Also, me the kid, my mom and my husband assembled for like our FIRST family session and the husband was like STEAMING like you would have burned to a crisp looking at him too long.

The pdoc said, "So, you must be Mr. So and So, you look as if you feel righteously angry...."

I kinda blanked out after that but I thought it was some nice head on attack therapy.; LOL. I learned more about psych by that hospitalization than ALL of SW school.

Also many of my co students were like TERRIFIED to be placed at the state hospital and I was like, "Sweet, I hear they have real live MURDERERS here I hope I get to talk to one, I wonder what it will be like COOL I bet cuz I have the KEYS!!!"

Having the keys is a huge win when you work on a locked psych unit.

OMG we went out on the BIG ZILLOW TOUR.

This real estate woman is a shark. I am not staying in this hotel and giving out contingent offers. It is gonna take a WHILE to find the right house and like, I am NOT in that much of a hurry. Even if we lease for a year, fine. I'd rather do that than live in something like That house above.

She wants us to stay in a hotel that costs 1 k per 9 days for oh, 45 days if "all goes well" and then move into a house. THEN she sent us a "listing" that just SUCKED it was terrible, NO house on there was remotely like I described they were ALL under 1/3 acre. Bah.

I was like, "I'm sorry I don't think you were listening to me. This is our RETIREMENT HOME. I told you my NUMBER one priority was 5 or more acres. I sent her a bunch of Zillow listings (which we went to, they sucked too.) We are leasing for a year, we are trying to be nice to psycho realtor but like, we need her as she has the ability to lease a reasonable house to us, although in a bit I gonna do a Zillow search because the short term leases was what was killing us. She better lease us that house though, then we can fire her. I don't like her.

I can do a year. ;Even if we move sooner we can move our stuff super slooowlllly heh.

Just need to LAND somewhere.

Yeah "Ms. Realtor" there is little construction companies and they all left. IDK though, land is nice in some places but I really think with enough time, we can probably like, find a house that works. I really like the idea of NOT waiting an entire year to construct although I guess we could do a steel shell and like plenty of other creative ideas.

I don't necessarily want to deal with septic finding a well (I doubt that is a problem here, I forgot this much water EXISTED.)

With that said, I might, I just totally know there are plenty of places.; If we really strike out, I would consider it.

I find it STUNNINGLY hard to believe all construction companies just UP and left but WHO KNOWS. I for sure don't but I am disinclined to believe a person who wants me to spend like 10k in a hotel IF EVERYTHING GOES PERFECT and NOTHING ever DOES, so like she can make a commission well, I say F her. I'm looking for other rentals even, it was the short lease that was killing us more than the dog.

IDK with a year's lease we could? There is no shortage of wood? LOL Oh god I'm too tired. I just want to find a place to rent that does not entirely suck. I am getting responses.

My husband said my email to the realtor was "rude." I don't think saying, "Why are you sending this search when not a single listing is remotely what I specified (they were all under 1/2 acre) I understand there are times there is nothing on the market but I would rather you said THAT. I am sorry but I am not DESPERATE I would rather take my time than live somewhere I hate."

Seemed pretty factual to ME.

Anyway she texted husband, heh, not me, and said she was out of town and asked if there was anything "She could do." My husband already filled out the application on "get arrested" house (oh it's a long story) so I suggested he text her "something she could do" would be to "find out if we could move in."

IDK I'm just a bit edgy she says it belongs to a "friend of hers" and its basically their MIL detached place and well, IDK having my landlords live RIGHT above me isn't so great. He has another application to fill out though.

I agree. Somehow, it put me in mind of an "assisted living" ad that has been popping up on my screen. What they show is a bunch of double wide mobile homes with steps leading up to the nicely landscaped front porch. STEPS? Steps to an assisted living home!?
