I got my iLeaf 50 from Vape NW. First... when I got the package, the box was already opened and the charger was missing.

I've attached my Subtank AND the tank from my Ego One to the battery. What happens is, when I fire the battery it either won't heat the coil at all, or it will heat for the first 1-2 seconds of the drag and then it will stop producing vapor, even though the battery says its firing.

Did I get a defective and or fake device? Also I should note that it was mailed in one of the really flimsy bubble mailers with the greyish white plastic and the box was completely crushed when I opened it. Maybe it was damaged in mailing?

I'm having so many problems with venders, its so off-putting.

EDIT:

Vape NW is telling me I have to send them a video proving it doesn't work. ALSO, anyone here who ordered one about a month ago, did the site really say that it's open boxed and doesn't include a charger? I totally don't believe that it said that until the past few days, but maybe I read over it...

I have no video camera and I'm beyond ...... off over this. Seriously, I have to film a video proving my device doesn't work? It was opened and removed from packaging, and the box was crushed. It was advertised as new, and maybe I'm not remembering correctly, but I genuinely believe they just added the "Battery only" thing in the past few days.

AWFUL customer service, worst site I've ordered from in a long time.

I referred vapenw to a family member who ordered 2 50w isticks. The package on one was opened and it wouldn't turn on at first. I think I'll stay away from them in the future. Even a juice that was ordered at 12mg was sent 6mg, pretty shoddy service if you ask me. Of course the one time I used them I had no problems...

Now it's not even reading the ohms correctly.... it's reading .7 for all the .5 coils. Ughhh, I just searched Vape NW defective and found this:

Not sure if I should be expecting a refund either now -_-

Actually, this may not necessarily be an issue. On every tank that I have, both my iSticks will read any where from 0.1 ohm to 0.3 ohms higher than the stated resistance of the coil. And this may also vary with the same tank and same coil every time I remove and screw back on the tank. My Subtank Mini, with the 1.2 ohm coil, always reads as 1.3 ohms. With my Nautilus Mini, with the 1.8 ohm coil, I've had it read anywhere from 1.9 to 2.1 ohms.

My GF got me the Ego One from that site and I love it.

I just feel so ...... after waiting over a week for this thing in the mail and the customer service number not working. I'll send an email, but a box already opened with cables missing... and a defective product? This is something I want addressed ASAP, and after reading that other thread about them asking for pictures to be taken and stuff, I don't have the time and patience.

I guess this is just a warning for other users.

Good luck hope you can get it figured out man! My 50W iStick works fine but it does read the attys .1ohm - .2ohm higher than what they are advertised at, I just figured it was the attys I had.

Yeah, I guess this is normal then if everyone is saying the same thing. I guess my device is just defective in the connection to the atomizers.

I live in the area where vapenw is located. Let me tell you this, if you are ordering from them you are taking a huge risk. There is nothing about that place that is listed correctly. Address, phone number....nothing. In my experience, when people do that...they do it for reasons that aren't on the up and up. Most of their product isn't even in stock. They basically order from pre-orders.

Sounds like the vendor or mailing crushed it. But my iStick 20 watt reads ohms wrong. Its a POS in general. I really want to buy the new iStick 50 as I heard they had a lot of improvements over the 20 watt but I keep hearing stories now. Some people have no problems, some have totally defective products, or at least it sounds like it. Eleaf mass produces these things obviously so I dunno. I'm leaning towards the 70 watt IPV mini at this point. But thats just my 2 cents. If its not firing correctly, turn it off, put the thing on the charger for a little bit and try again. If its not firing for the allotted 10 seconds after that you will know its broken. Not every Eleaf box comes with a mini USB charger though, I know my 20 watt didn't and I bought it at a local B&M.

I ordered an iStick 50W from VapeNW and it's just fine - great piece of merchandise and all the parts were there. When I ordered it I knew it was out of stock so it did take a while to get here. However, I emailed them at one point to see when it might arrive and never heard back. They don't send out tracking info for their shipments. Overall, I doubt I'll order from them again.
