If you need to recharge nothing wrong with charging your 18650s for 5? hrs and then removing from charger. Yes overcharging breaks down the structure within the battery...posted something technical awhile ago and should've saved it.

Good to know, thanks. When the new charger arrives, this one is going straight into the trash.

hello everyone.. i don't smoke cigaretts but my father does and i'm trying to get him to at least switch to e-cigs to start...

sorry for the noobness but any help is appreciated...

my father smokes american spirits (teal/blue) box.... he's smoking 10 cigarettes on average a day

Please advise if i'm ordreing this correctly so that when I receive this he can start vaping correctly.

My order was going to be:

the v2 kit plus tobacco juice (50/50 ?) @ 24 mil nic... (is 24mils too high?)

would this give him the most similar nic level he's getting now?

is there anything else I should order?

also, is 50/50 a good mix for a first time vapor who's trying to get the cigarette exp (i think half the battle is mentally seeing the smoke)

thanks for taking the time to read and helping ! :)

bumpo... please help

Loving my Vamo!

I used up the battery that came with it and went to put it on the charger that came with it and noticed that there are no +/- marks on the charger. I assumed + would be on top, so I put it on the charger, the green light came on, and I let it charge for a few hours. I had bought a second battery and used that up too, so I put in the original battery and nothing happened, it was totally dead as far as I can tell. Not sure where my meter is to test it.

I have a smart charger coming, but would like to use my Vamo until then. Anyone know if the battery should go positive up or down in the charger that shipped with this kit?

Also, I read of the light being red when charging, but whether I plug it in with batteries in it or not, it is always green.

Edit: Took it apart to check out the wiring, hoping they would use red/black wiring. No luck, all red wires.

All of my chargers have had the positive end up. Good bet yours does too. No guarantee though. What model is it?

Sent from my recliner. Retired Navy E-8

Played around a little more with it and got the red light to come on, but then it blinked a few times and turned green again. I'm just going to leave it alone and let the Vamo rest till I get the new charger.
