Some iSticks don't come with a charger. Thats not the problem the way I see it. The guy basically has a BRAND NEW product that doesn't work, or so he claims, (I will give him the benefit of the doubt), they should take it back based on a 30 day guarantee or at least a 2 week guarantee no matter what. I've never seen a vendor that doesn't offer that. If you paid with it by credit card (hopefully, because with a debit card this might not work), just send it back and reject the charge on your card. Call the credit card company and tell them you received a broken product and returned it. Pay for the postage with the same card. Usually AMEX will probably take your word. Or they will make the vendor deal with it. There is NO reason he should have to fiddle with the 510 connection on a brand new iStick to get it to work. I had to fiddle with the 510 connection after owning the 20 watt for 3 months and I was ....... Don't mess with the device anymore, if you are positive its defective, contact the company, send it back, and reject the charge on your credit card. That would be my advice.
