Ok so I love the delrin button but mine keep creeping to the lock position, any suggestions?
The truth is your actually turning it or rolling it with your finger . Of course you can remove the lock people do it all the time .

Hello All, I am the proud owner of a new Reo Mini 2.1 and RM2, unfortunately I am waiting on 18490 batteries. Instead, just to play with it a little, I am using an 18350 battery with a spacer, probably not safe but I only did it a few times. Anyway, this button is killing me, it really hurts my thumb. I had a Reo Mini back in the day and I don't remember the button hurting this bad. Is the delrin button cover what I'm looking for? I can't find it anywhere on Rob's site. Any help would be appreciated.

If the button is hurting you your pushing way too hard. I know it's been said already but the message has to get thruif your battery has a button top be sure the batt is on top of the spacer either way it would be safe to use that way as the body of the Reo is the negative ground. Don't put your spacer if it's a metal one on the top of the batt.
