I don't know what to tell you then. Other than fiddling with the o-rings, these fluxomizers work awesome for me out of the box, and I'm using an eGo as well.
Try using a syringe with water thru the bottom hole to rinse off the atty, I know I get a burn taste off of them some times and the water seems to take away the off taste.
Thats interesting...I know mine are getting wicked fine it's either making the juice too hot or melting something on the inside, which I don't see but who knows
I noticed there aren't any rings in mine...maybe its just the regular sized ones but its just the cap and underneath it is the main stopper with the fill holes. No rings. Anyway I've completely disassembled one of them, dry burned it, made sure the wicks aren't being pinched or anything. I moved the stopper up. Theres plenty of room for the juice to get in there...plenty plenty. I'm dumb but not that dumb...i'm pretty certain its getting wicked fine. I know what a dry atty tastes like and thats not what this is. I'm getting giant clouds of vapor it just tastes...I don't even know how to describe it. Lets say it tastes like what I'd imagine burned juice would taste like.
