Diabetic vapor here. Haven't noticed blood sugar rising with anything I've vaped yet. As mentioned by Sarin " You don't vape sugar", sugar would gunk up your coils really quick. I've been into DIY for ten mos now & use Stevia when I want a little sweetness in the juice. I also use Ethyl Maltol in a few of my mixes with no effects on my blood sugar. YMMV:2c:

Type 1 diabetic here. Vaped just about everything that I can put in a dripper and no glucose spikes for me. If you are seeing spikes in your glucose levels it is more likely due to the nicotine that you are vaping rather than the other ingredients. Nicotine can cause elevated blood glucose levels and hemoglobin in your a1c results.
