Does any one out there know if e-liquid can increase your blood sugar levels if you are Diabetic ?

I was diagnosed with hypoglycemia, though I wonder if it's not more of a sugar sensitivity since anything but small amounts after a full meal sets me off. I've found that any more than about 15 to 20% vegetable glycerin will also effect me. I've also read posts by other people with sugar problems who said they couldn't vape VG.
PG itself doesn't seem to be a problem but quakereject is correct, some of the flavoring have sweeteners in them which can pose somewhat of a problem. I tend to stay away from the sweeter vapes for that reason.

I've actually read it both directions, that diabetics can use VG as a sweetener and that they shouldn't. All I know is that vaping it effects me the same way too much sugar does. Probably the best thing is, for everyone who might be sensitive, to test it carefully and see how it effects them personally.
I'm diabetic and vape Atomic Cinnacide and Tasty Finger and my sugars have remained exactly the same..I don't THINK the sugar in the vapor has much affect..at least not on me and A.C. just HAS to be the sweetest vape going!!

Don't do anything to mine either. My A1C levels have come down since I started vaping.
There have been several people here that vape and are uneffected and only a few that have been.

I would imagine that it depends on how severe your case is. I'm sure you can email Tasty Vapor, Ms. T's and they will tell you what and how much sweet stuff has been added. PG, would make sense over VG. Talk to the juice provider. Good Luck!
JJ, I just spent, well at least an hour or more, reading the forum and visiting all the links you had there. I just wanted to thank you! I found a ton of information that helped me a lot!
That's one of the biggest reasons that helped me quite smoking. I can't eat any of those goodies anymore but at least I can vape them.Boy, if you have a sweet tooth, I bet you're loving it!!!
I am a type 1 diabetic and have been vaping PG since I started 3 months ago. I have not noticed any change in blood sugar levels at all, and I test my sugar 7-10 times daily! I have not tried VG yet but I'm gonna order some today and when it comes in I will post results.
