Well from what I understand then @Dayvidpriddy, the advanced options aren't really that important to normal power/wattage vaping use.

Does heat protection/boost mode only work with TC? or does it also work in power mode? I remember ProVari's worked in power mode with power boost. I never used it because I felt it was a gimmick and not necessary. However they didn't have heat protection mode (not that I recall anyways).

I went ahead and posted on the trader website (I Googled it). What I might do is just get the device I want (I have the cash thanks to my stimulus payment). I know the Dicodes will sell (eventually), it just might not sell as fast as I would like.
Fitty too fitty too fitty too,

Dood, had i known that, ida...

sold you a black Provari tube mod!!!

smh

I would have only taken a Procyon:) Just because a device has certain features, doesn't mean I have to use them all. I didn't buy a Dicodes because of all the features it has, I bought one because it's a quality mod, not some cheap CHINER junk! If there are features I'm not interested in, I don't use them. No different than on any other mod.

Not sure, maybe someone else mentioned it? The display can be on during the vape, it can be off during the vape and then come on after the vape (your choice). I had mine sent to "constant" I believe, so it displays during the vape and for a few seconds after you release the button.

Curious, are AW IMR batteries a thing of the past (in the e-cig industry anyways)? I remember using them all the time in my ProVari mini's (V2 & V2.5) but then when the more powerful devices came out from ProVape, they started to recommend Samsung or LG. I'm just using ProVari as an example, that's where my mods came from when they were in business.

Would using a AW IMR battery in todays box/tube mods be a bad idea?

Congrats! I don't think you can use your AW batteries in any mod, unless they're not button tops, most newer mods (including the P3 and forward) require flat tops. It's only the flat tops you want to use in anything.

If your batteries aren't totally dead and ARE flat tops I guess you could charge and use although they are pretty likely past their useful life, honestly. Unless you made sure to store them and top them up to about 2/3 is my understanding.

Congrats on selling your Dicodes! I just figured that site... I have seen a bunch of Dicodes on there. Very happy for you and I hope you didn't lose too much money! :)

I don't have any AW's anymore, I was just curious if they were still being used. It sold for 275, I lost about 40 bucks total (including shipping it), the guy only lives in NY, so not very far from me at all. I got lucky with my loss.
i think you outta get the 23mm version...
