Did ANYONE get any Alice in Vapeland this morning?

So Alice in Vapeland (a website, not a store) is opening every week on Tuesday @ 11pm EST. The servers basically crashed that second and I was up till about 1am still trying to order. I wake up and go to class, come home at 2:30pm and their orders are at capacity for the week. They were "open" for about 14 hours this week, a good chunk of which, their site was less than navigable.

That's pretty crappy. At this point, I don't care how good your juices are. I'm not gonna stay up all night like I'm a 12 year old girl trying to get Justin Bieber tickets.

Anyway, if you did get some, congrats.

Meanwhile, any suggestions for some gourmet juices to try? I am already fond of five pawns and Space Jam and can buy them locally. I was thinking of Mother's Milk from Suicide Bunny would be my next adventure. I have also yet to try any Halo flavors.

I got my AiV this morning. Usually you can order early Wed morning if you can't stay up on Tues night to order it. The server was acting funny and they even tweeted about staying open longer on Wed to accommodate people. Sorry you missed this I understand your feelings about their times though and I will say a lot of people wax poetic about it and it's just juice. That being said I've only given one juice out of more than 40 my five star approval (not that I'm a professional taster or blogger or anything) but that was Melon Boba from GLV. If you like snicker-doodle a lot of people rave about GLVs Deadly Sin. The reason I brought up my star rating system though is that I've only given one juice 4 and 1/2 stars and that was Fifteen Foot Falls from AiV and I also re-order A Quiet Morning (4 stars). I'm not a citrus fan and that's about 1/3rd of AiVs regular line up and I personally didn't care for the other 9 I tried (got two samplers and a bonus sample). I do love 15 Foot Falls and A Quiet Morning from AiV though; I re-order them.

p.s. I see now what you were talking about. I actually meant in the mail. Last Tue they had server problems too and tweeted about staying open longer. They are usually open Wed morning though because the night crowd doesn't push them to capacity.

I get most of my stuff from Giant Vapes now (Welcome to GiantVapes). They carry many high end juices and keep me up to date about stock.

Get a Halo sample box. They're great. Or join the herd and try Boba's Bounty.

I got an AiV sample box last week, I ordered Tuesday, got it Friday. She's very prompt, and I got vapemail the entire way. I agree it's frustrating that she can only handle a certain level of business, but she's not Costo or Walmart, she's a small business, and she puts a lot of effort into her orders. I will say it's worth the effort, I love a couple of her flavors, I'm glad I kept trying for a couple weeks to get in an order.

If you had a cart.. they can tell that you tried to order. I've placed a couple of orders via customer service.

Edit..low nicotine mothers milk and ob are great. If you use high like me, the other 3flavors are great. I love sucker punch. A lot of vendors on giant vapes are good, but I mainly order suicide bunny from them. The standard and blueprint are essentially the same company. Cell block 4 is a great custard..lighter than most I've tried.

The people at AiV have been working on fixing their server problems, so hopefully this issue will be resolved soon. From what I've seen, they try really hard to make customers happy. I would bet that if you explained the trouble you had with trying to order, they might offer to fill the order before next week. Just a guess, but it's worth a try.

I love aiv juices but I know sometimes the site is hard to use. If you want to try some I have seen them on giantvapes its a little more expensive but they do carry some of the popular flavors. As well as other good juices.

I order from Alice and I find it's better to just do it when I get up on Wednesday morning. Usually their website isn't so overwhelmed by then. Giant Vapes is a good alternative but he doesn't carry the Alice juices I like.

My local b&m is in process to carry AiV, I can't wait. I don't feel like going to extremes to order it online though. That said, you can't go wrong with Mothers Milk. IMHO it's a better custard than Custards Last Stand. Head to head better.

most of the time i get my order in almost as soon as they open i create a cart about an hour before they open and then just submit it when they do open. only had a server issue ounce for me but as with any technology you never know when a problem is going to occur not really their fault in my opinion but yes inconvenient.

^THIS^ is how I avoid server problems and got my order in quickly last week.

I had trouble too. I did try the register first and fill your cart routine, but then I deleted the cookies off my phone, and lost everything. So I was part of the struggling masses at 3am trying to order. But, unlike my normal brethren here, I work nights, so it makes no nevermind to me when they close, I'm up and working when they open!

Poetically, this is like trying to catch a rabbit poking his head out of a hole, but still... I want to look!!! So sad that I have to use other sites to see flavor descriptions, and those prices! Ouch! I am sure it's great.. I doubt I'll ever actually hunt it down like a rabbit.

Edit: Yes, I see their Facebook and Twitter. I don't want to sift through a bunch of pages to track things down, then wait up on Tuesday nights at 11 like I am trying to win a radio contest... However, it must be great to sell out in a few hours, and I hope they never lose their handcrafted ethic. So rare to keep hold of that when more money is on the line, and this world needs more artisans, so you go Alice.

I have heard great things about the Suicide Bunny e-liquids. Their facebook page has some listings of different online stores or you can send a message and I am sure you will get a response.

Their server is down for maintenance. Usually you can browse their stuff even when they are closed and put stuff in your cart to buy as soon as they open.

The Wed AM stuff usually goes well into Wed morning. The night crowd doesn't push them to capacity. You can probably get their stuff as you eat breakfast Wed morning.
