Selfishly, a'cuz I need my nautilus coils, I'm in some sense relieved to know it's an April Fools joke. But another part of me wouldn't be so sad to see the cheap gear and clowns flooding out of China stop, which without question hurts companies like ProVape.

OK. For clarity, it's straight up equine faeces. Had this come out when it was intended (tomorrow, I presume), we'd all know what was up.

It's pretty amazing how much effort's gone into putting this together with all the fake news links, so I'm thinking that there's a commercial reason for it too.

Slightly surprised Spinfuel fell for it (unless, of course, they did it?).

If they don't make mods they'll have even more spare steel.

They're very sorry for and extremely proud of what they've done.

Atom Vapes started the hoax, and several of their employees have now been detained, while Chinese authorities are ransacking their production facilities. The Chinese press is stirring up the public's anger, claiming the U.S. Government was behind the "Disturbing manufacturing of lies intended to bring shame to the Chinese Government and the Chinese people". They're calling it an act of war, and the Government is saying they will retaliate with further flooding of the U.S. markets, by slashing prices to next to nothing.

There are several "Free Atom Vapes!" things going on twitter, but almost all the tweets are saying "Lock them up!"
