The bonus for them is cigarettes also double as an effective population control product.
It also keeps public health and various medical organizations busy and (no pun intended) operational.

We were worried about the May drop date on vaping in the USA. Now, it's looking like our hardware source is down on vaping products sold to Chinese people. I see that as an indicator of things to come. I now have a reason to continue buying what I can find that I actually want and snap it up as the noose closes on vaping from both directions ... USA and China.

People ask me why I quit smoking, but still vape. The reason is that I enjoy the act of smoking. Vaping satisfies that urge. For me it's as much hand to mouth habit as it is about getting the nic. Both are relaxing actions.

Bear in mind, Tobacco in China is pretty much owned lock, stock and barrel by the government there.
And they don't want to 'spill' a drop of milk from that cash cow..

    ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Don't they technically own everything? I heard years ago (but I don't really know) that the reason you see so many identical products from china (Kanger EVOD Clearomizer, for example) is because any company can use the "plans" for a product designed by a Chinese manufacturer, copy it, and make it their own because the design is owned by the Chinese govt, not the actual designer.

In fact, I read many moons ago Kanger isn't even the original designer, they just made it popular.

But I don't know any of this to be true.

I don't know what indicates what. But, I wish I owned "tobacco" like all of it. I would take the evil designer of seeds and make it grow ONLY as a home grown plant, and you'd need to genetically somehow prove you had become addicted to cigarettes, for say, oh al long time.

If you were under 25 (I'm sorry it's when the brain makes good decisions and when tobacco SHOULD be banned, honestly until then) the seeds would blow up.

Yeah, we might have a bunch of grannies running drug rings but I don't care so much about that. I just want the government to stop profiting.

I would also design a special seed designed for vape nic only.

I mean, I would PAY someone to do it is what I mean. I can't do it, I can barely TALK about it coherently.

If cigarettes weren't harmful for you it might be kind of grand. I mean, everyone would stink, no one would care, etc. etc.

It would be like the fifties. I always sort of thought the fifties might not be so bad, but I read "Valley of the Dolls" for LOLZ instead of the tragic, futuristic and insanity laden novel I think it was like supposed to be I was like "I gotta get me some Laudanum and a beehive."

I apologize retroactively for this post.
