OK, got the 510 a few weeks back, and loving it EXCEPT for the modding, dripping, carting, alterations, constant refilling, etc... This vaping WILL/CAN keep me from smoking analogs, except that I usually fall back to an analog out of frustration with consistent, pleasant, hassle free vaping. Usually, in the mornings, I flood the atty, I get the burnt taste, etc as I am frustrated to get my fix...

What is the best model of ecig that will provide the least hassle and frustrations that will provide a rock solid consistent vape experience? Please understand, I do not want to drip and top off every 2 - 3 puffs!

WHAT DO THE EXPERTS USE OR RECCOMEND???

Well, I mod my 510 carts with AquaClear aquarium foam, much like the Blue Foam people use, and get many many hits before refilling it. Maybe 50 or so. I also use the ZFM mod, with about the same results. The stock fluval filler does suck, no doubt about that.

Another PV that you might consider, however, is the KR808d-1. It uses cartomizers (cart+atty in one disposable unit= "carto"), and the batt is much longer lasting.

Others sell it too. Has a huge following here:

The cartos only last for 4 or 5 refills, but they hold much more than the 510 carts, and last longer, like all day for some people. I personally do not have one yet, as I like to do DIY juice making and vaping, which is not as easy with a carto, but I'll probably get one in the future, as it is supposed to be really great for on-the-go vaping.

Others in ATE may have different suggestions, of course, but I think the KR808d-1 is a good one for the money and performance and convenience.

Definitely cartomizers for the non-hassle factor ... and the Kr8 battery is the most powerful and longest lasting (280 mAh to the 510's 180 mAh) of the non-mod skinny batts.

But, if you otherwise like the 510, you may want to try the 510 cartomizers before switching over to the Kr8. The hard black 510 cartomizers (e.g., from LiquidXpress, LiteCigUSA, VaporKings, or ElectroNicStix) hold more than the soft tan ones (e.g., from Nhaler).
