We just got a 5 year breather, vape Manufactures and Retailers need to get their act together. Much that has been done so far IMO has been ineffective. I constantly see plastered on Billboards, Bus's, Trains, TV, etc. anti-vape advertising spewing the debunked studies and bottom line lies. Like it or not the real battle is in public opinion so they can in turn put pressure on their Representatives.I don't think we won, but the fight will last longer now. It's sort of silly we allow them to set the time period of the fight, but at least it's 5 more years. There is progress being made.
I thank everyone that voted for Trump, without him - who knows what would have happened.
The States though is where we all need to worry about most.At least the FDA has been given new direction.

"Our compliance policies should account for changes that will move addicted smokers down that continuum of risk to these less harmful products..."
Gottlieb acknowledging that vaping is less harmful than smoking. This Is A Win.
This is not a win in my opinion just a temporary cease fire and we still need to advocate for our right to vape.

Hillary as President?I don't think we won, but the fight will last longer now. It's sort of silly we allow them to set the time period of the fight, but at least it's 5 more years. There is progress being made.

BT is a minor threat, the biggest and by far the most dangerous threat is Big Pharma.Yep. After BT experiences accelerated market share loss over time, guess where government looks next to make up for sin tax losses. The cleaner and healthier alternative to tobacco smoke will lose its luster and begin to look like a source of replacement tax.
