Thank you for this video. I checked njoy website and they confirm everything that you are saying.

I have the stuff to DYI my liquid but haven't perfected it yet. You need to make a video of your best tips for all us just learning. The ones I have tried to mix are okay but not as good as places like TV's. Can't figure out what I am missing.

Hey Truelove what are your thoughts about this possible scenario: I don't mean to be a pessimist but if the FDA does eventually "allow" e-cig use and distribution, I Really Don't see them approving of private persons mixing and dripping their own solutions. I can see them limiting it to prefilled cartridges which of course will have to meet safety and manufacturing standards which they will establilsh. Any thoughts on this - by the way I don't agee with this possibility but I could see it happening.

I find it funny that they will ban flavors. Doesn't the the flavors of Tobacco and Menthol have to be flavored to get the taste of tobacco and menthol in e-juice? if they allow tobacco and menthol flavor, then what is the difference? Flavoring is flavoring for e-juice?
Did that make any sense?

Yes it does make sense. Personally, I think the antis are going to have a much more difficult time banning flavored e-cigarettes than many people are assuming. Certainly the antis WANT flavors banned, but that is asking for something completely unenforceable. I do suspect that the antis are fervent enough that they will eventually find some sort of way to sneak in a "flavor ban" but its kind of premature to stress over it because we don't know how they're going to manage to make an enforceable law and I am reasonably confident there will be painfully easy ways around it. (Purchase nicotine and flavor separately)

More than likely the private mixer would have to get their supplies from a licenced eliquid supplier. The government would be keeping tabs on the quantity of eliquid sold. as for flavours, they can't do a thing about those. They do not contain nicotine, and would be out of their juristiction. They do not seem to be able to control the flavors sold to add to the tips of analogs. As long as the mixer does not used a prohibited substance, the FDA's hands and the hands of the law enforcer's are tied.

Time to stock up on 100mg liquid to add to my orders of flavored VG I'll be getting for cake decorating I guess. ;)

As long as e-cigs are kept legal, there will be ways around a flavor ban. Look how well tasty puff sells. Who says you can't have flavored tobacco products?

I'm more concerned with the nic levels that will be allowed than flavors.

Well I see the feds and some states clamping down on e-cigs even more if it's a "tobacco" product. Without a doubt, they'll tax it to hell first. Then, since tabacco products are illegal to mail (unless I'm missing something), you can forget about ordering your nicotine-fortified liquid (or carts containing nicotine) online.

The last place I want to restock is at a kiosk.

It makes me think that NJOY and SmokingEverywhere made a deal with the FDA to ensure a lock on the American market through their mini outlets.

anyway... just venting
