you might want to talk to some one on that. I recall a poster saying that they did money orders cause if things weren't on the up and up it was some type of fraud. might be worth looking into.
I do know that if it is fraud and it goes over state lines in this case by mail it goes federal.

I think I am ok, I just got a USPS tracking email from Parked at Diet Smokes! Yipee!!!

I'd dispute the charge with my CC company... That's almost to the point of theft if the product was not shipped and they have fallen off the planet as far as responding to / fixing the issue...

A similar incident happened to me.... He even went so far to tell me "It went out today" That was a month ago.... No response and no item....

Oh well.... Lesson learned.... I wonder if the ECF has some sort of sanction system for sellers who act this way?

Yup...I'm waiting to hear back from the CC company.
They're pretty good about fixing "these things" !
