Difference between SB "silver" and "smooth"

Was thinking of getting a SB, and the finish options available are silver, and smooth. Whats the difference? Also, what sort of run time do you get out of a set of cr123's if you are a fairly heavy vaper?

Silver is a hand polished high gloss aluminum finish. It's beautiful. The smooth is powder coated with black semi-gloss finish. This is also beautiful, resists scratches better and makes the button look like a shining diamond. I'm the manufacturers wife/assistant hehe and I vape the black smooth because I'm clumsy and drop mine alot lol

I'm pretty much a chain-vaper and get about 5-6 solid hours on RCR123A batteries. Not exactly answering your question, but I hope it helps.

As an aside, I get nearly two full days on an 18650 although there's a little work and sleep time built in there...
