Ok! I know it's been a while with me bugging you trying to decide which is going to be my first mod e-Cig (I'm SOOO excited!)... Drum roll please.............. It's The SPADE VS. The PROTEGE! Are they pretty similar? So, last questions on this tired out topic, which do you prefer and why? i.e. Do either of them do 3.7 AND 5volts? cuz I definitely don't need anything higher than 5!, secondly, does anyone have a size comparison? And which atty wil give me the most flavor AND still some throat hit (not TOO much, more concerned with vapor production and flavor).
P.S. I will be getting the little chuck but I'm going away to Taiwan again in 2 weeks and I know the custom artwork takes some time...) It would help if I could get some feedback by tonight because I'd like to order it tonight to give it plenty of chance to get here! Thanks as always, guys,
-Cade

Don't know about the Spade, but the Protege is a 3.7V device only.

Best 5v device out there is the new PureSmoker Prodigy V2 I just ordered one and can't wait!!)But it's 5v only. PS builds a VERY solid product in the Protege and Prodigy.

The BB is 3.7 or 6v. Might want to read on some quality issues on it.

BTW attached is a pic of the new V2 and the Protege next to a standard highlighter for size comparo

I have the Spade and I love it! Its small yet packs a powerful punch. I never wanted a mod so big that it would be like carrying a toolbox around with me. The spade it solidly built, comes w/2batteries and you can go a whole day at work with that. Moreover, you can reverse the battery and turn the LED off if you want. I love it b/c of the size and the massive vapor & TH. The 510 atty that comes w/Spade is very nice - no leakage whatsoever. Everything connects seamlessly. Waiting on my eGo for comparison.

I have a Protege, and there's pros and cons.

Good stuff: Nice looking, uses cheaply available batteries, it's small. I bust my Protege out in public all the time. Not sure I'd do that with my Silver Bullet. It's too big, looks like a futuristic crack pipe, lol

cons: kind of pricey, my vapor production got weak and I sent it back. Switches may have problems.

How much is the Spade?
