Lol, I almost went down the whole directory to navigate for you. But dont want to be an .... I guess noone knows the difference between them.
I was just looking online and it looks like it's just a cosmetic upgrade. The only thing that might be different internally is the ability of V2.5 to check the ohms of your atty, but I could be wrong about that.
I didnt think about that, all I could find really was the cosmetics of the two. Thanks
On the version 2 it says it can check the atomizer resistance. So I think it is only cosmetic
You are correct, it's strictly a cosmetic difference. The intent was to revamp the design so the ProVari logo doesn't wear off anymore. So now the logo is engraved into the steel, rather than laser etched...
It looks like the V2.5 is almost identical to the V2, except for the swirl design in the hand grip and the Provari logo isn't etched anymore, but machined into the side. I couldn't find anything that detailed new features or higher amperage ratings. It seems to be mostly cosmetic. Satin is on sale for $159.95, BTW.
My V2 logo hasn't worn off in a year's daily use. I slide it in and out of my jeans or jacket pocket over and over all day and it rides there while I'm walking around.
