I noticed a difference in the pre-punched cartos I've been ordering. The ones for the Chibi have larger holes, which explained why my vapes were on the dry side when I used a different vendor's cartos. In my case, I was using the pre-punched cartos for the J-tank and they work great on that system- but when I used the same on the Chibi, it was dry and I was burning up cartos very fast. There is also a very ever so slight difference in the diameter of the cartos themselves.
Now that I've got it figured out, I'm not burning up cartos or having flooding or leak issues- the diameter of the carto and the size of the holes does matter depending upon which system and vendor you buy from. Just wanted to pass this info along to anyone else who is having problems.
