Differences in mAh for a Car USB charger ?

Current output, such as you find listed on chargers and USB sockets and such, is measured in amps or milliamps - such as 1A or 1000mA.

That rating should not be confused with the ratings you find on batteries, which is milliamp hours, or mAh.

Take another look at the current output listed on your chargers, and then at some batteries, and you will see this.

Chargers (or USB battery packs or sockets) for ecigs should be at least 1A/1000mA. The 500mA charger is underpowered. No problem with a 2A/2000mA charger though, as your device will draw only the amperage that is needed.
