Yes it is true that some liquids seem to work better than others. The ingredients are everything.
Flavours and how they translate to
vaping is something very subjective and there is a period of trial and error to find ones that you like. The base of the liquid is also a factor, ie PG/PEG/VG and often a mixture of them with possibly some water or alcohol. VG produces the most visible vapour but can also mute the flavourings for some users.
I also find that a
juice that does not seem to perform well in one device sometimes works very well in another. Each model has it's own character due to differing temperature, airflow and overall design.
The nicotine source and other ingredients can affect the physical sensation when
vaping. Some liquids contain tobacco extracts other than nicotine.
