My questions are for the entire life span of the different mah egos. So I guess these questions are for the long time Bruce Willis ego users.

1. 650 mah charged and drained fully once a day every day. Total lifespan....months??? ball-park

2. Are there any advantages other than a longer daily battery life for higher mah egos......will the entire life span last longer with a higher mah? does the higher mah give better production other than daily battery life?

3. Will the usb charger I use for my 650 mah's work on the higher mah egos as well?

In short: for the time being I have turned into an ego freak and it simply rocks with the cone. I cleaned my l.r. atty and it now leaks much easier. Was using it on my s.b.p.t. and getting angry with the leakage....popped it on my ego with cone and no more leaking....yah!!

Anyway I was just curious how many more and at what mah I might need to keep me going just in case the rug is pulled.

4. Best place to buy in packs or quantity, colors, etc. No offense to anyone but would like to keep U.S. dollars in U.S. so I can make an even better life for our politicians.
Thanks.....Bob

Hi Bob.

1. It's best to have two of everything. I can't predict when a battery will die. With my personal use, a battery should work for 6 months if the published charge/recharge count is accurate.

2. Some people say that with the higher milliamp rating they get better vapor because the battery can produce higher amperage. Eh... It makes sense in theory- but no one has done the math to see what the increase in heat output on the atty is.

3. Assuming the battery is made by Joye and carries the eGo brand- the charger will work. This may not be true with non Joye batteries. (like the hello 16)

4. I'm a strange consumer. When I find a vendor that treats me right I stop shopping on price and just buy from them. I also like genuine Joye products because the atomizers have consistently performed for me. So my go to is Cignot your Midwest Electronic Cigarette store.

As an aside, I am a big eGo freak as well. I've also got the eGo Mega atty and cartridges... which just rock. It's nice to have one system for vaping that does everything without hassle. The eGo seems to do that very well.

Lol Cozz......"published charge" you calling me lazy-boy:D (I'd put a sarcasm there but I don't have one). I guess sometimes instead of digging I would rather hear from the experts. So about 6 months and the chargers are interchangeable,(Joye). I know what you mean about vendors. Thanks Cozz.

Sounds even better Firhill but 300 charges is harder to calculate how many I will need before I kick it at age 75.:?: I don't know anything about the Tornadoes are they Joye and charger compatible? (I'll check out T.W. and see if I can figure it out).

I've seen those Menaice and they look pretty good but I must stick with a cone because it seems that when I clean certain attys they tend to leak easier, plus for some reason the slightly tighter draw for some reason gives me great vapor.
Thanks you guys........So where all all the ego freaks hiding at?:toast:

My first eGo battery died a week or so ago. Bought it back in February 2010. So it ran for almost 7 months. The two others that I picked up at the same time are still running fine. All three have seen roughly the same amount of use.

Even though it was a dead battery, it still felt weird tossing it into the recycle bin for Li-ion batteries. Felt like tossing away a favorite toy.

One of my eGo batts died after a month, but that was due to debris from a HEAVILY dead carto shorting the batt. I have been charging my eGos 2-3 times a day, until I got a 900mAh batt, now once a day. So I figure the higher mAh batts should last considerably longer since they are charged less. And yes, the same charger is used for all eGo/Riva/tornado/Hello 016 batts. They are interchangeble, just not w/ 510 chargers. As far as I can tell, the 650 and 900 mAhs vape the same. I do notice a difference between the 510 and the eGo, but not between the 2 eGo batts. I would assume the hello might have a higher draw rate, since it is twice the capacity, but no FHE.

Nope... not calling you lazy at all.

I was just pointing out that they publish that specification and it may or may not be accurate because it gets filtered through a marketing department.

For instance, if there is ONE report of a single battery recharging 5,000,000 times somewhere in Albania, under the influence of aliens from Zeta Reticlia. The marketing department uses that one figure and publishes: "Recharges up to 5,000,000 times".

Must be the same place some companies get "one carto=30 cigs". Just as unlikely.

Hi Tinstar and if you don't mind how many times a day did you charge 1 ego? just on average please. Thanks

I think that 900 mah is in my near future. Are the cones a different size(than the 650) The Riva sounds nice too. Thanks Thudd

It's still OK if you did:D
