Difficult Draw?

Okay. I need some expert advice here.



I have a Volt X2 battery, about 3 weeks old, that's suddenly very difficult to draw, and I can't figure out why.

It's not the carto; I've tried that on other batteries, and it's fine. I also tried a CE3; same deal.

My first thought was that the battery needed cleaning, so I did that - even cleaning out those weensy little holes with a toothpick. That didn't make any difference either.

Brilliant ideas? I'm stumped.

If you're sure it's not the carto (since it's works fine on other devices) then it must be something in the connection between the device and the carto that's stopped up. But if you've cleaned it and ruled that out then I could be that your battery (volt) is weakening and you need a new one... why it would give a tough draw for this reason I don't know but it's all I can come up with.

Have you tried using an adapter to connect your carto to the battery? See whether that helps. Might be the center pin has been pushed down on the battery hence affecting airflow.

Hmmmm . . . I don't have an adapter. Maybe I should try wiggling the pin around . . . Hey! That's actually better!
