I finally got around to doing the o-ring fix, which was kind of a pain to do without a proper sized screwdriver. I still can't fill the tank up all the way, but I do seem to have much less seepage when I only fill up to about the top of the the coil chamber. The vape just isn't as satisfying as it used to be though. TC is now really wonky, or seems so. My second build on it after the "fix" hasn't proved any less wonky than the first.

In the meantime I've been working with Resistherm NiFe30 in one of my Augvape Merlins with pretty good results, using cotton wick instead of rayon - which really seems to help reduce leaks, significantly. So I'm going to keep experimenting with that for awhile and see how that goes.

I think I'm done for now experimenting with the 22mm Siren. It showed incredible promise at first. I was disappointed I was only able to get one at the time I ordered, but now I think I'm glad. What a shame.

Kiss of death here.

I've had two that I must have wicked perfectly. Both have been running for weeks now without a single drop. I'm going to have to re-wick soon, and I know that I'll be dead in the water juice once I do.

Hi Longo!!

Be sure to tell us how the re-wicking goes. I hope it works out very well for you.

Sorry your Siren is singing off-key for you! Since I don't do TC, I don't have any helpful hints or tips for you on that! I always use the cotton as a wick and that might be a factor in why I don't have the seeping issues others have had. Hope you'll figure it all out soon so you can enjoy your Siren again!

Got around to ordering my third black 22mm Siren. It's still my favorite RTA. And even moreso since I came across Fad's seeping fix.

That's a bummer. After the fix I can fill mine all the way and I don't have any problems with TC on my DNA75. Sorry to hear about your problems.

Can you link me to Fad's fix?

If you search Fad's posts in this thread you should be able to find it... eventually.

I only used half of Fad's fix. Just tightening the positive post worked for me in fixing the seeping issues. Fad also used an o-ring to seal it up even more, but it wasn't necessary on both my Sirens. So I'd just try tightening the positive post first.

I hope you are right! We keep hearing conflicting reports. If they do a v2, I hope they'll incorporate our upgrades in it. I sent them to Digiflavor in China, so they've definitely got them. My fingers are crossed!!

    Thanks for the scoop, Xvagabondx!
