Hello all. New member Semi-Pro Vapor with alot still to learn.

Currently I have the Apex Alpha ultra max dual voltage with RES mod and am not 100% happy with it. Lately I have been bypassing the RES system and using 2.6-2.8 clearomizers on a 3.7 volt battery. The vape is ok but I want my vape to hit me like a freight train and its not. Even using a Joye 510 HV5 atomizer at 7 volts or a Joye 510 LR atomizer at 3.7 volts. I am not getting hit by a freight train. I have tried LOTS of different liquids and PG/VG blends aswell
My question is
1. is it possible or do they make a MOD that lest you control the Voltage like the Pro-vari but then add a mod accessory like the NEW GG-UFS feed system. I guess I am looking for the best of both worlds. I want a digital control for voltage(VV) and a control for the liquid and air(GG_UFS). I have done alot of research and from what I can tell the GG-UFS only works on the GG TS. Is that correct or does the NEW GG UFS fit any other mod. It would be perfect if the GG TS had VV control. I know it does not work with my Apex Alpha unfortunately. Is what I'm looking for possible or maybe something they will come up in the future. Any advice/info would be greatly appreciated.

2. For my current set up what ohm cartomizer or tank system would work best with 7 volt batteries? I have read 3 ohm works good with 6 volts but have not seen any solid info for 7 volts. I wish the Apex Alpha would let you have more control over the voltage but its either 3.7 or 7 volts. I have seen alot of debate between clearomizers and tank systems so maybe I need to try a tank. I have ordered one of the new dual coil atomizers and can't wait for it to arrive but I think it is limited to 3.7 volts or maybe a bit higher on a VV mod.

Any advice or info would really be appreciated as I don't want to spend another 300.00$ + on something that does not allow me the controls I want to have. If it is possible links or specific device names would be really helpful.

This forum is great and has alot of great information. I am glad I found it.

Thanks to all who read and post back.

As far as I know the best of both worlds doesn't exist yet but I'm sure it will at some point. Digital adjustment already exist so does adjustable air control on the GG and I recently saw a a review of a pv called the rokstar or something like that. I'm sure it's only a matter of time before somebody puts those features in the same mod.

Until then you can experiment with adapters. Many adapters even if you're using the same threading on both sides are adjustable and will allow you to control the airflow somewhat.

I've never tried 7v vaping and have no desire to, the highest I've done is 6v. I wouldn't recommend going below 3ohms at that high of a voltage but some do, just keep it wet and know your atty is probably not going to have as long of a lifespan with that kind of wattage.

Thanks for the responses everyone.
I have decided to go with the GGTS with UFS feed system, along with my alpha ultramax.

Talking with clouds of vapor he said something that was mentioned in this thread. Something described "as like the kick from evolv" as member Goldenkobold stated above.
I will have to do some research on that and the rokstar mentioned above.

Thanks again for the responses.
