I use Cheesecake to create creamy mixtures ... I make different flavor "puddings" by using it.

Here's a recipe for you:

6% NY Cheesecake (Capella's)
6% Bavarian Cream
6-9% Flavor of Choice (Vanilla, Caramel, etc. ... whatever flavor "pudding" you want. The percentage will vary depending on what flavor you use and it's strength ... I use Vanilla at 8-9%.
Sweeten to taste

Also ... the ONLY Cheesecake I like is CAPELLA'S NY CHEESECAKE. There may be other good ones out there - but I haven't found any that I like.

(This is my opinion ... yours might not be the same) :)

I have been mixing different cheesecake recipes, and they all taste like mold to me. Does anyone have any good recipes? I am using TPA

Hi Keith, wish i could give the answer, got the same problem with TPA Cheesecake. Now TPA Cheesecake[Graham Crust] i love, tastes like cheesecake. Go to their site[TPA], they say Cheesecake is great with fruit flavors, but don't try cherry.

What percentage are you using the Cheesecake Graham crust at? Have you tried mixing it with anything or just by itself?
