I use Cheesecake to create creamy mixtures ... I make different flavor "puddings" by using it.
Here's a recipe for you:
6% NY Cheesecake (Capella's)
6% Bavarian Cream
6-9% Flavor of Choice (Vanilla, Caramel, etc. ... whatever flavor "pudding" you want. The percentage will vary depending on what flavor you use and it's strength ...
I use Vanilla at 8-9%.
Sweeten to taste
Also ... the ONLY Cheesecake I like is CAPELLA'S NY CHEESECAKE. There may be other good ones out there - but I haven't found any that I like.
