On another note: My batts have gone down to about 20 mins of use, and it takes 2-3 tries to get them to charge. No theres no juice in them and no im not a pcc idiot. And yes have 4 other batts in rotation with them, so they havent been charged 100 times a day... 166 bucks.....2 20 min batts and a pcc that wont take my other batts.. Dont feel sorry for anyone at bloog.. just annoied and baffled..


Is the problem the with batts or the pcc?

I think that's the first time anywhere I've heard of someone getting an empty box...geeeeez. I'd be furious. Can't say I'm surprised about the pcc since I've heard that same complaint several times. I know you had a bad experience with both the company and this forum. I never saw the original name calling post, it was deleted before I signed on, but it was uncalled for. But most were just trying to be helpful given our own experience. As for me, I use both vendors and have not made a secret of it. The other provides things I can't get here, like juice and good service. I am just as frustrated as anyone with Bloog right seeing all the troubles other people are having with them.

Leaf is not a partner. And dont you find it funny that the ones popping in in threads, are never the ones you need to talk to? Leaf goes and writes in cs, oh thats not my area and NYC goes to batts and say oh thats not my area... Isnt it funny too that NYC never has anything to say or do? Its allways oh ive been trying to get them to........ or I told them off, thats not ok.. Who are they? What is your job at bloog if you cant answer anything? And dont have an area, other than write stickys and pun jokes...
And this pc business.. come on now, seriously? Do you have phones? Could nyc have called leaf and told him what the q's are so he could answer and she could write it here?? erhm yes I would say that could be possible since its 2011.. But ok not if you dont know the answer....Then correct action would maybe be, to say you dont know, but will find out.. And then come back with the answer... Kinda have to answer custormers q's or your going out of business..
Ive said it before and do it again. If you wanna fly high, you better keep flappin those wings or its a loong way down.

I am very sorry about that Michelle. All I can suggest is that you return them for replacement.

Yeah an empty box is a first for me in all the times I have ordered anything online. Truly shocking but at this point all we can do is look back and laugh.

Order placed March 9...confirmation of order rec'd. Patiently waiting for a shipping e-mail. Not in spam folder. This is ridiculous.

Would you believe my order arrived today.....never did get a shipping notice. Everything was in perfect order and it came faster than my previous order!

But then she will probably have customs problems (again).
Remember she is in Europe.
In my last order I ended up paying more in customs taxes and services than for the product :(

EDIT: Wait. I just got it. Even if we send it out without requiring her to return the originals, she will have to pay customs on the replacements. So, that being the case, what would you suggest we do Michelle? I want to make this right for you. I'm just not sure how.

If someone mailed it to her outside of a business would it still go thru customs?

Wow cool! response.. Hi leaf.. Yes im afraid its a pain in the ***...... It is hit and miss. 50/50. My dad paid NO custom fee.. i got a 60 dollar bill.. I dont know.. if i want to risk it... i really would like replacements.....:cry: $166 is ALOT of money...if i get another slap itll be 232 bucks and ill still then only have the 2 batts and a new pcc. ( since what i got isnt really working)

Doesnt matter what i charge them in.. about 20 mins.. they still take 2 hours or more to charge up. The red quickly started not wanting to charge in pcc. Have to keep an eye onit cus LED will go out after bout 5 mins the first couple of times i set it to charge..
They are what? a month old i think? bit more maybe.... such a shame... :(

If you include a low value invoice in the package (Typically under a 25€ value or something like that.) she will probably not have to pay anything.
That's how it works in most EU countries.
Customs are getting wise about packages labeled "GIFT" or similar, and so that doesn't seem to work anymore.
You might want to check how chinese e-sellers do their shipping. They seem to have "the game" much more under control in that respect.

Or else: Just do the damn deal with an UK e-seller and sent it from there. ;)

It all depends on the declared value. My wife who does a lot of shipping for her business thinks you may be able to declare the value as $0 since no money is trading hands. She ships internationally, but has never had to deal with an international exchange, so she's not positive. She says it varies wildly but many countries don't charge fees on items under ~$20.
