My experience too. Would have been nice to get a tracking number and confirmation. My order did show up on time but I had to call CS to see if it even shipped. This should be #1 thing Bloog fixes.

Just out of curiosity, I wonder how many of the shipping confirmation emails were actually received but missed because they (bloog) use a completely unrelated address and it gets sent to spam or something.

I've found two Bloog confirmation emails in my spam folder (gmail). In fact, it was someone at Bloog asking me to check there that led me to find the first one, so I knew to look for the second one. The one shipping notice I have gotten from them didn't get sent to spam, though.

ohhhh, I mis-read that then (you were talking about how it should have worked). First, did you look for an email not from Bloog, but from cs@weblogixx ? Kinda goofy that the order comes from one email and the shipping from another.

the weblogixx address is actually the computer software they use to generate the shipping label and etc. part of having a computerized shipping department. which is why you get a confirmation with a confirmation number before the product is actually shipped.

I have found all categories of e-mails from Bloog in my spam folder (junk folder for others); order confirmations, shipping confirmations, and responses from Bloog to my e-mails from cs and various individuals at Bloog. Even after I indicated that e-mails from Bloog were "not spam", they still sneak into the Spam folder on occasion. I check my Spam folder daily for anything that may have been misdirected there. After all, I wouldn't want to miss anything......

Emails seem to get the fastest response (within one business day it would seem in most cases).

Nope no emails. No spam folder, no inbox, no other folder. Just flat out no response.

Can I ask which email address you used? I noticed the one on the website says contact@bloogplanet, but when she posted about Chris joining she put it as cs@bloogplanet.

The 1st one was sent to contact@bloogplanet
After finding these threads, every one after that was sent to cs@bloogplanet

There were 6 total according to my sent items folder.

I ordered my Bloog on March 6th and received my shipping confirmation on March 7th. I haven't received my bloog shipment yet. But I've also read what was said about the Chinese new year and their appologises concerning that bad timing with that and their company growth. So I will be patient and wait. I can understand that. The newest greatest product on the market is spreading like wildfire. I saw it on you tube while researching e-cigs. I feel lucky to have been able to place an order because many are having to wait to place their orders because they are out of stock. I look at it like my cartomizers will be nice and fresh. Hopefully I'll like the flavors so I can switch off analogs for good. I'm going digital as soon as I can. LOL

Well crud. Was hoping to help but I'm at a loss now. It is hit or miss these days. One thing that is ticking me off is that NYC has been signing on but offers no help. I wonder if those that run ECF can intervene.

The only thing I can think of is to try posting your order # here, or if you prefer, PM your order # and concern to nycsublimegirl and to leaford. Hopefully they might be able to intervene as starsong mentioned.

Heck you could even PM me your order number and concern and I will personally try to call tomorrow and see if I can get in contact with Chris for you. I would really like to help you get this resolved.

I just got confirmation of my order, I haven't received a tracking or an email that it has shipped. And I do check my spam folder. LOL But I ordered menthol because right now I smoke Misty Menthols. I also ordered vanilla and cherry flavors.

Order placed March 9...confirmation of order rec'd. Patiently waiting for a shipping e-mail. Not in spam folder. This is ridiculous.
