I have limited experience so far so I may not be much help, but I know enough to know it will be hard to help without knowing what your setup is like. What liquid are you using? Mix and nic strength? What kind of tank/carto/clearo/dripper/rba are you using? (and if you are using an rba that opens up a whole other branch of questions) What resistance is it? What voltage are you running?

The postman is carrying my first RBA as I type this so I am only going on what I've read and watched but I believe some rba wick setups can take some time to break in, so to speak, before they start performing well.

I started with Green Smoke and the flavor intensity of their flavors is quite good. After I switched gear and was buying juice rather than pre-filled Green Smoke cartos I found that many juices were lacking in flavor intensity, particularly the ones from the only inexpensive vendor I tried.

Also, my taste buds reliably go on strike when vaping the same flavor of juice for a long period of time so I keep different juices loaded on different PVs and switch flavors very frequently. Drinking plenty of water also helps very much in keeping my taste buds happy.

It may be that the flavors you are trying are just not right for you. You could not taste it if it is too little or, strangely enough, too much flavor for your palate. Or you could have hit a period of burnt out taste buds. I went through this a few times. Drink plenty of water, try some different juices, and they will return in a few days.

Ya taste buds can go on strike, and after smoking for XX years it can take a while before they even work right. Taste is also so subjective that it's hard for anyone to even venture a guess of what you might like. You might even love some of those flavors after they have sat on the shelf for a month or two. You will even find that just changing heads will change the way a flavor tastes. If you don't like it in a dripping atty, try it in a carto or clearo. Also don't forget to clean those atties once in a while.

I started with provape flavors, didnt really like them. They had taste, but they all tasted too acidic. Next I ordered 5 flavors from Johnson Creek and they're just awful. I'm dripping and I've been all up and down the voltage spectrum with no luck.

I know what you are talking about, I have had disappointment with the flavors everybody raves about, I didn't like the Johnson Creek flavors at first, but now that they have steeped two weeks they are getting better. I use my Johnson Creek Flavors when all flavors taste flat, (not the VG "Red Oak" ones, the regular line), to help clear my palate.

I have had bad "Vaper Mouth" and have combated it by using a strong alcohol mouthwash, Brushing my tongue, sucking menthol cough drops, and strangely, by placing a paper bag over my mouth, (similar to when you hyperventilate), and breathing my own breath for several minutes, this seems to reset your taste buds if you have cleansed your mouth properly first.

I have found that "Vaper Mouth" is more related to VG based eLiquids, they are thicker and tend to coat your mouth and nasal passages, it helps to turn up the heat to better combust these liquids.

Sadly, no one seems to have perfected flavoring yet, the fruit flavors tend to have the strongest and longest lasting flavor, vanilla and chocolate seem to fade or are very faint, tobacco flavors are unappealing for most after quitting smoking for a while.

Let the flavors you have and don't care for sit in the dark for a week or two, try revolving your flavors to prevent flat tastebuds and treat for Vapers mouth.

Other than that, keep searching and don't give up, also if you are unhappy with the flavors, contact the vendor you bought them from with a polite email explaining your experience, they should be grateful for the feedback and may be able to remedy the situation for you.

Good Luck and don't give up! Just think what you put up with smoking filthy cigarettes, constant burned mouth and throat, wheezing, coughing, bad flavor, no taste, (depending on the age and treatment of the tobacco), and you'll see that while vaping has not been perfected yet, if we all keep at it and let vendors know we want MORE FLAVORS that last, soon we will get what we need.

You may also want to check out vendors who use organic, natural flavors, they are more full flavored and smell as they should in the bottle. Chemical flavoring is just that and sometimes we don't have the ability to smell or taste what someone else thinks is a flavor when it has been made of God Knows What.

You may also want to switch your type of vaping, (at least for a while), to a delivery system that doesn't give occasional burnt hits, getting a burnt hit can kill your taste buds for days, which happened me quite a bit when I was doing Cartos, (improperly, I found out).

I'm going through the same thing. My ADV has turned to "nothing" overnight on several occasions. I plan to be on the look out for cheap "sampler packs" and try to find a match for my pallete without going broke. After all the money in equipment it's enough to make a person want to give up.

I am having a flavorless cape right now too! It sucks and I want my delicious piña colada to taste as it did again. I think this time it has no taste because I'm kinda sick. Been drinking water and that helps for a drag or two and then back to nothing. Hopefully I can get my taste back so I can taste my juice again! Good luck to you!
