Good afternoon. I want to share a story of a dishonest lottery company Smoktech. In late April, the company held a contest - 300 newest products giveaway --SMOK® Being with you for all great vaping time!. As a result, I won nano kit and my girlfriend won TF-RDTA. June 12 sent me a letter with track. June 16 I discovered that the parcel 3 times trying to cross the border of China over the past two days. After that, the track no longer be updated. I thought that the parcel in ways and settled down. Already forgot about this package, 50 days have passed and I decided to see the track. Last update date was 16 June. Written in a support letter to help in a situation.
Answer:

Hi,
Sorry for the issue and delay.
You prize didn't pass the customs, so it was sent back to us.
According to the activity rules, we only can send the prize once
Sorry again for your loss

Thanks for your time
------------------------
Rules of activity I did not find on their website. Asked to provide a link to the rules - ignore. The application VapingTour found some records from people with the same problem. Always thought the company Smoktech fair and adequate. After this situation I am in a light shock.

So you're upset because you didn't received free item(s) that failed to clear customs on three attempts.

You do understand they have no control over what customs lets through.

Gotta agree with this. SmokTech fulfilled their end of the deal. The OP needs to check with customs and find out why they're rejecting the package. Although, seeing where the OP is from, it may be best to just let it go.

I would not expect a company to continue to pay shipping on something that's been rejected. Especially on a prize item. Expecting them to try multiple times is just silly.

Already resigned to it. Was indignant because, by the drawing of the obligations they have undertaken, and the commitments on delivery of the prize not. If I did not write them a letter, I would because no one said that sending him back to back because of problems with customs.
It turns out that if you Won the prize you done, and delivery is not our problem. If offered a delivery at my expense questions to them would be less.

o_O
Customs controls international shipping, customs stopped the shipment of your free stuff.
Has nothing to do with who gave away the free stuff.
They tried 3 times, each attempt costs the shipper money.

Calling a company dishonest & complaining about not receiving free stuff when they have no control over what customs does....

This is a round-about example of what could happen in the USA within the next couple of years if no vape products get approved by the FDA -- a very real possibility. Ignorant vapors who claim that we'll always be able to find products online are looking through rose-colored glasses.

If a product can't pass US Customs then US customers won't be able to get their order fulfilled. This is what closed nearly all of the US vape sites back in 2007 when the FDA literally banned e-cig products. Vendors weren't able to receive products that were held in Customs and soon went bankrupt.

This is one of the largest vape companies in China. Official shop in other countries send huge quantities of goods. I doubt that they have no way to negotiate with customs. Especially since the competitions is almost free advertising, some repost in social networks promote good company. Another thing to treat potential customers as an empty space. So the letter and wrote - we are sorry, thanks for the time

Once it leaves the shipper, it's out of their hands. They did their part, just as you did your part to enter the giveaway. I would hardly call the company dishonest for something that is out of their control. I've been through this with another company. I won something, customs seized it. I'm not claiming their dishonest because of customs though. I've also been asked to review stuff that customs has seized, but again it's out of the shippers hands. It's free products, now if you had paid for them I would understand the claim and being frustrated, but not with this.

EU, then I'd look at the TPD and other regulations, see what is and what is not allowed in the new rules. One that I know if is with tanks, think it is under 2.5 or 2ml in size is allowed, larger is not. These types of rules supercede any others as they are you locale and regional rules. Smok sent the items, your customs said "Nope", nothing Smok can do about it, you'll have to talk to your customs department see how to alleviate any other instances in the future.

You're sure about that?
Of course. Already 2 weeks since, the long-awaited vacation=)
In general, then I'm going to plead not with them. It's a shame a little. Topic title - this is just my opinion. People the way this situation many. There and Bulgaria, Italy, has from the United States. But there are countries on this list are those who received the prizes. Selectively how it turned out. Just such a situation, I did not expect. After I gave the track I was already mentally added it to the shelf to the device:)

Date of Compliance: May 20, 2016

This is the date which all Countries inside the European Union must begin implementing Article 20 of the TPD. Vapers will still be able to use their devices with no problem, however buying new devices and e-liquid will become more difficult. When TPD goes into effect on May 20, 2016 all vapor products sold must comply with the TPD. The exception to this date is for countries who have adopted the grandfather clause.

I wonder if it had something to do with how the customs forms or documents where filled out? Curious about the reason why customs did not let it out of the country.

Any further info @AlexVape ?

There is no reason not to indicate. Your letters do not respond. The answer is only that the customs does not miss and parcels returned.
