@AlexVape I read on another forum that improperly completed or filled out customs forms results in packages being seized. Just a thought. Did you try contacting them through other social media like Facebook? I once found out I had won a contest and never received a reply to the email and sent a message on FB. That resulted in the person responding to the original email.
