Disposable batteries for Screwdriver?

I'm no flashlight or camera battery expert, but it appears that disposable CR123A's are all 3.0V (and probably not protected). The Screwdriver MKII uses a special 900mAh, 3.7V rechargeable protected battery "made especially to [Totally Wicked's/Trog's] requirements."
Instead, get some spares from TW, so that they never will be "unavailable" to you.
