Hey all, great forum here. Very informative. So here's my story, it may be strange to some but hear me out.

I'm looking to try vaping but I want to just dip my toes in with a disposable unit. The trouble is, I can't find a no/low nicotine disposable anywhere. Why no/low? Because I quit smoking altogether about 3 years ago. I know, that sounds odd that I want to start up again with a vapor unit, but I only quit because of health concerns from tar and carbon monoxide. I loved every cigarette right down to the last one. It was more of an oral fixation for me and even now years later I still find myself sticking pens in my mouth or searching for a lighter in my pocket. I still have trouble with being around smoke when I drink and I think having a no nicotine vapor unit to fall back on might be an added line of defense against hitting the cigs again.

So, is there a no/low nicotine disposable available? If not, are there any highly customizable starter kits I can get with no/low nicotine for cheap?

It's generally recommended that as a non-smoker you not start vaping. We are adding foreign things to our lungs, so it's likely not to be entirely safe. That said, there are many juice vendors that sell 0 nic juices and 0 nic pre-filled cartridges. I think most of the disposable e-cigs aren't very good products, but may be enough for you to use as a test to see if it's something you'd like to delve more deeply into. I don't even know where to find a disposable one to use as a test. Don't spend much for it, if you do go this route. Right now you can get a complete 510 starter kit for $25. from Tasty Vapor and it's a good little unit. If it turns out to not be something you want to pursue, you could sell it in the classifieds.

Except for the nic in the cartridges, in your case, these are long lasting and hold more charge than standard 510 units. I have been using 2 of these 'disposables' for 3 months and still going! You'll have to obtain you own 0-nic juice and clean out the hi nic juice in these cartridges to re-fill.
