I did, in fact that was the coil that I was trying to complete before fiddling too much and breaking the wires. When I get home tonight I will fix my attachment link (DOH!) and build a couple of new coils (I bought 2 extra cups so I have 4 in total). It is possible that the pin kept falling out because the positive lead broke and therefore did not provide enough tension to hold it in place.

p.s. I am REALLY hoping I can get this working as well as the rest of you Pro's because I just ordered a Phiniac tank just for my Diver XD

Is there a reason why I -shouldn't- try using a SS mesh coil in the Diver? I figured I should ask before I continue to break everything ;)

I updated the link in my original posting, but here it is again.

I'm not a ss mesh person myself, I use ekowool, but I see no reason you shouldn't give ss mesh a shot and see how it works in the Diver. Let us know how it turns out.

What tank do you guys have your Diver(s) in? Right now I have a Cirrus tank knockoff on it. It works fine. My only complaint would be that it slips off the atomizer too easily. I pulled it out of my pocket once, grabbing on to the tank, and pulled it right off the atomizer and got juice all over my pants (yeah yeah, ha ha). Anyone got any recommendations? I'm looking for something that won't slip off so easily.

While I have a few tanks, which run some $80.00, I hold high praise for my OCD tanks from IBTanked. They are of a high quality build and use excellent materials, such as SS and pyrex. The o-rings have never given me any issues with regard to the tubes sliding off nor have they ever leaked.

Currently, for the Diver, I am using a standard sized 22mm SS capped IBTanked tank.

Alrighty . . . Today is my 5th day with the Diver. I have lost track, after having refilled my tank 5 times, which was a couple days ago.

Flavor and vapor performance has not dropped. I use 50/50 fruit type juices, if that matters.

Again, even in the Vegas heat, I have yet to have the Diver flood, which I had expected. Perhaps, the 50/50 is the reason for this.

I have used no other delivery device in the past 5 days. The only negative experience, which I have had, are 2 dry hits, this morning. For whatever reason, I started to chain vape like a bat late for Halloween . . . Dry Hit!!!!

Obviously, the wick is too short too and cannot recover in time to accommodate serious chain vaping. I will toy/tinker with that issue, during the next rebuild, whenever that may be. Other than that and acknowledging that, I will gladly purchase additional Divers, when the Diver is back in stock.

It sounds great Andy. I can hardly wait to get mine after reading all the praise for this unit.

I am anxious to read your review and thoughts when you have had an opportunity to vape with the Diver. Perhaps, you may have some ideas with regard to my chain vaping comments.

I've had issues chain vaping as well. I find I can take two long hits and then dry pull a couple of times and then take two more. I don't know if my wicks are too short or if its a limitation of the feed. Even if it winds up being a limitation of the device, it's still an amazing little rebuildable.

Agreed . . . What I noticed, today, with regard to chain vaping/juice feed . . . Using a standard size 22mm IBTanked tank, the juice feeds much quicker when the the tank is half full versus filled up. As I vape a 50/50 mixture, I might surmise that the lower volume of liquid is more readily heated. Thus, altering the viscosity of the liquid and allowing quicker feeding. I can only assume that internal pressure remains the same. As such, I will experiment with filling the tank to half capacity and monitor.

Interesting, I've noticed it feeds better half full as well. I think you're on to something.

Okay . . . It appears that, for my noted tank, filling the said anywhere from half full to 2/3 full yields a stellar chain vaping experience. This is visually evident by the larger bubbles and the frequency at which they appear, as compared to the tank being filled to capacity.

Two hard/long pulls, I sit it down and anywhere from 2 to 4 large bubbles will exit the juice feed hole in very short time. This is getting better, as we are becoming a bit more initiated with the Diver and its characteristics.

ETA: Per the above, the Diver is quite the thirsty beast.
